Privacy Policy

PixelBreeze Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates Postimize ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website and applications at postimize.ai and related domains (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Information we collect

1.1 You provide directly

  • Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), organization or company name, and profile details you choose to add.
  • Content: posts, media, schedules, and messages you create or upload through the Service.
  • Billing: if you subscribe or pay, payment-related information is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

1.2 Automatically collected

  • Log and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and pages or features used.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and related technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

1.3 Sign-in with Google (OAuth)

If you choose to sign in or connect integrations using Google, we receive information from Google as permitted by your consent and Google's policies. This typically includes basic profile information such as your Google account identifier and email address, and for channel integrations, data necessary to post or manage content on your behalf as you configure. We use this data only to provide the Service and as described in this policy. Google's use of information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

1.4 Social and third-party platforms

When you connect social or other third-party accounts, we receive tokens and profile or page identifiers as required to publish or read data according to the permissions you grant. We do not access more than needed for the features you enable.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
  • Authenticate users and maintain security;
  • Schedule and publish content to connected accounts as you direct;
  • Communicate with you (e.g. service notices, support, and, where permitted, product updates);
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms;
  • Analyze usage in aggregate or de-identified form to improve the Platform (including optional analytics tools you may configure).

3. Legal bases (where applicable)

If the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g. security and improvement), consent where required (e.g. certain cookies or marketing), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist us (e.g. hosting, database, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality and processing terms;
  • Social platforms when you instruct us to post or sync content;
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where we operate servers, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. User data deletion

To stop Postimize from accessing your Facebook or other connected accounts, disconnect those channels in your Postimize account or integration settings and revoke the app's access in the platform's settings (e.g. Meta / Facebook) if you wish.

To request deletion of personal data we hold about you—including data obtained through Facebook Login or other OAuth connections—contact us using the details in the Contact section below. We will process verifiable requests in line with applicable law and our retention practices.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact PixelBreeze Labs through the support options provided on postimize.ai.
