TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXELBREEZE LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS WHERE APPLICABLE).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes
